Terms and Conditions

Payments:
All tours must be paid for in full a minimum seven days prior to departure unless other arrangements have been agreed too.
20% deposit required at time of booking.
Payment in full is required for any tour or charter booked within thirty days of departure.
Master Card payments will attract an extra charge of 2.7%
VISA Card payments will attract an extra charge of 1%
 
Cancellation fees:
 Where payments has been made in full the following cancellation refunds will be made:
90 days prior to departure - 75%
90 - 45 days prior to departure - 50%
45 - 7 days prior to departure - 25%
6 - 00 days prior to departure - 0%
Unless cancelled by us, at which time a full refund will be made.
Any cancellations or amendments must be made by phoning our office on  + 61 08 8294 6042 or, by email.
 
Where payment has not been made in full the following cancellation charges will be made:
90 days prior to departure - 25%
90 - 45 days prior to departure - 50%
45 - 7 days prior to departure - 75%
6 - 00 days prior to departure - 100%
Unless cancelled by us, at which time no charges will be made.

Amendment fees:
An administration fee of AU$25.00 per amendment may be charged for any changes made to booked tours.
Where an amendment affects any third party, such as accommodation, we are subject to their terms and conditions and we reserve the right to pass on any costs, or savings to our client.
 
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise that you protect yourself by arranging suitable travel insurance through your local travel agent to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
